Creating Successful Change Leaders/Agents
A 1-day workshop that focuses on what it takes to build the kind of change leaders/agents that will help the change initiative succeed. Participants learn the characteristics of successful change agents /leaders...understand 7 factors that affect the success of agents/leaders...assess how their own change initiative stacks up on the 7 factors...identify areas of focus...create a preliminary plan to close gaps. Building a More Effective Team with Insights from the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
A 1-day workshop that uses the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) as the basis of creating a more effective team. The workshop focuses on how personal preferences can affect individual and team styles (of collaborating, communicating, dealing with conflict, making decisions, etc.) and how to make the best use of different styles to make a team more high-performing. Participants leave with an understanding of their own and others' styles, and practical steps they can take to enhance team performance in general, and specifically on a "live case" (i.e., one of the team's own projects).
