Since 2000, Ms. Federico has applied organizational behavior principles, methods, and tools to help clients improve the success rate of their Process Improvement initiatives (Six Sigma, Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, Process Excellence, OpEx, etc.).

She has taught influence/team skills to 600+ Black Belts/Master Black Belts from 30+ countries.

She has consulted to initiative leaders in 12 large organizations on leadership, change, and communication.

She has also written and spoken widely on behavioral issues in process improvement.
